Valstar Printer Solutions Warranty
We are so confident in our workmanship that Valstar offers the best warranty in the business on all parts and labor. Our knowledge and expertise comes from 20 years of rebuilding printers! This allows you to buy with confidence.
Like our refurbishing, we provide the warranty on all of our printers in-house. If something goes wrong with your printer, under normal use, within the warranty period, return the printer to us (at your cost) and we will repair or replace the printer (at our discretion) and ship the printer back to you (at our cost).
All Valstar warranties are limited to specific time periods from the date of original invoice. In general, the applicable warranty periods for various Valstar products are:

During the first 30 days, if a product is found defective on arrival (DOA), Valstar will pay for the ground shipping costs to send the customer either a replaced unit or a replacement part to fix the unit, at our option. After 30 days and until the end of the warranty period, transportation costs to return an item will be the responsiblity of the buyer.
Valstar waranty does no include any provision for on-site service or local repair at the customer's descretion. Valstar's limited warranty is void if product has been tampered with, parts replaced, or repair attempted.
All warranty claims must have an assigned RMA number. Contact Valstar Printer Solutions' customer care staff for an RMA number, toll-free at 1-877-259-5625.
Returns
Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase for refund of purchase price.* Customer pays return shipping costs. Please follow the Return Procedure for instructions on returning your product.
*New, unopened box, items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Warranty Return Procedure
Step 1:
Call our office at 1-877-259-5625 BEFORE sending any item back for a return or warranty work. If possible, have your Sales Order number available. This number is located on the Packing Slip received with your item. You will be provided a RMA # that is necessary to process your warranty.
Step 2:
Once your have your RMA# ship your item back (preferrably in the same packaging it arrived from us) to:

Term; Termination These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Valstar Printer Solutions without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
