| Do you ship to my country? |

At the present time we only ship to the United States.
Under certain circumstance we may ship to Canada (large orders, dealer or reseller order). All Canada orders must be approved prior to ordering online. Approval may be obtained by emailing websales@ValstarPrinters.com or calling 877-259-5625. |
| When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? |

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply finish shopping by adding items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be shown the Shipping costs for your item.
Smaller printers <70 lbs will ship via UPS.
Larger printers >70 lbs will ship via a national freight carrier.
We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment. |
